Withdigitalmodulation,the barriercharacteristicsdo not affectsignalintegrity,thusresultingin excellent reliabilityand goodhigh-frequencytransientimmunity acrossthebarrier.Bothbarriercapacitorsare imbeddedin the plasticbodyof the package. The ISO124is easyto use.No externalcomponents are requiredfor operation.The key specificationsare 0.010%maximumnonlinearity,50-kHzsignal bandwidth,and 200-μV/°C V OS drift.A powersupply rangeof ±4.5 V to ±18 V, and quiescentcurrentsof ±5 mA on V S1 and ±5.5 mA on V S2 makethe ISO124 devicea goodchoicefor a widerangeof applications.
